Back at the old Leaving Academia, I had found a blog post asking readers what the last word of their dissertation is. I was tickled to find that mine is “possibilities.”

Mine’s boring: “century”
I don’t have a dissertation yet but a cuss looks promising.
If you count footnotes, mine is “poop,” specifically “petrified poop.”
Mine was “time”. As in “time to get the hell out of academia.”
“analyzed”
I’ve spent many years being analyzed by a team of mental health specialists.
“flow” if you include the first word of my thesis it’s “one flow”
mmmmmm
“attain” – also rather boring.
